A Limited 20-Year Warranty is provided to the original owner at the installation address, covering defects in workmanship and materials affecting the structural integrity of the playground systems, including the vinyl, poly lumber, and wood components. Slides, swings, and accessories are covered by a Limited 5-Year Warranty from the date of original purchase.
1 Year Warranty
Enjoy peace of mind with our no-questions-asked 1-Year Warranty. If any part of your swing set breaks, fades, or affects the structural integrity within the first year, a crew will be dispatched (within 200 miles of any of our warehouses) to repair the issue. This warranty excludes willful damage, normal wear and tear, and acts of God.
5 Year Warranty
Swings, slides, and accessories are covered by a 5-Year Warranty against manufacturer defects. Replacement parts will be sent to the nearest dealer in your area. If no dealer is nearby, you can pay for shipping and have the part delivered directly to your home.
20 Year Warranty
The swing set frame is backed by a 20-Year Warranty against manufacturer defects, giving you long-term confidence in your purchase. Replacement parts will be sent to the nearest dealer. If you are not located near a dealer, you can pay for shipping to have the part delivered straight to your home.
